The Buddha was the spiritual teacher of Gods and men in His days. The human beings of all social classes came to the Buddha for instructions on social matters. At some occasions, they sought solutions from the Buddha for worldly matters too. Divine beings mostly came to the Buddha in search of spiritual instructions and having get solution they go back. For this quality, the Buddha is called teacher of Gods and men.
