How to Get a Body Like a Fitness Model

Court abs, thin legs, defined, they will not look like a fitness model? Get a body that could pass for a fitness model does not require that you work with an expensive trainer 6 days a week, or who live on a diet of lettuce. Follow these steps to get the body you want.

INSTRUCTIONS
    

    1 workouts lower body.  Squats, lunges, leg raises, fearing that they do twice a week. the lower body strength and tone is essential for the body of a fitness model.
      

  2 Doing abdominal exercises.  Abs will get plenty of toned abs like a fitness model, but do not overdo it. A good amount of cardio per week should allow you to maintain specific routines ab up to 2-3 times a week.
       

 3 No upper body training. Focus on upper body and do not hesitate to lift heavy objects. Fitness models are strong, and hard work was also a woman's body lacks the hormone that give rise to "bulk up."
      

  Eat healthy foods.Go to model fitness diet. Eat small frequent meals throughout the day. Eat fresh, raw as often as possible and make sure you get enough fiber and protein.
      

  5 Drink plenty of water. Water helps reduce swelling, making it easier to get body fitness model.
